1. Introduction

Sah-AnAI™ ("we", "our", "us") is a farm management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Sah-AnAI™, we may collect the following types of information:

Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you register.

Farm data: tasks, financial records, inventory, growth tracking entries, and documents you create within the platform.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the application (collected in aggregate for product improvement).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Sah-AnAI™ platform.
  • Authenticate users and maintain account security.
  • Generate AI-powered reports and insights from your farm data.
  • Improve platform features and fix issues.
  • Communicate with you about your account or platform updates.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using PostgreSQL databases with tenant isolation. Each farm (space) operates in its own database schema to ensure your data is never mixed with another farm's data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and follow security best practices for data at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

Sah-AnAI™ integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Auth0 — for user authentication and single sign-on.

Slack / Telegram — optionally, for workflow notifications you configure.

S3-compatible storage — optionally, for file and document storage.

Anthropic Claude — optionally, for generating AI-powered reports from your farm data. AI reports are entirely opt-in: no data is sent to Claude unless you explicitly request a report.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or farm data to third parties. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above when you use the related features, and only to the extent required to provide those features.

7. Source Code & Hosting

Sah-AnAI™ is currently a closed-source platform. The source code is not publicly available and self-hosting is not offered at this time. The platform is operated exclusively by the Sah-AnAI™ project team, and this Privacy Policy applies to all users of that service.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your farm data at any time.

9. Cookies

Sah-AnAI™ uses session cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be announced via the GitHub repository. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
